That reminded me of someone else who had a problem with CS4. I started with the comment that there was the possibility that it is the full serial for CS4, and followed it. I know it has to be the same between CS4 and CS6, and it was, but Ill take a look at those other steps I missed.

So, I tried to find a piece of information I left off, and that was about the Release number.
